Ascension Sacred Heart Hospitals updates

Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola

  • Thursday:
    • Outpatient services, including outpatient elective procedures, scheduled will be rescheduled to a later date.
    • All services will go back to normal operations at 7 p.m.
  • The hospital will be opening weekend imaging hours to help patients access care.
  • The Emergency Department and freestanding emergency departments are open for those who need immediate care

Studer Family Children’s Hospital

  • Thursday:
    • Outpatient services, including outpatient elective procedures, scheduled will be rescheduled to a later date.
    • All services will go back to normal operations at 7 p.m.

Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast

  • Thursday:
    • Cardiac rehab will be closed.
    • Cath lab/interventional radiology will have a delayed start of 10:00 a.m. CT.
    • Outpatient elective surgical services will have a delayed start of 11:00 a.m. CT.
    • Outpatient lab and radiology will open at Noon.
    • The outpatient lab at Market Shops will be closed.
    • Outpatient rehabilitation offices in Okaloosa and Walton Counties and the hospital’s Panama City Beach location will be closed. The team will provide extended hours on Friday and will contact patients for scheduling.
  • All sites of care will return to normal operations Friday.
  • The Emergency Department is open for those who need immediate care

Ascension Sacred Heart Bay

  • Thursday:
    • All outpatient services including lab, imaging, and women’s diagnostics will reopen at 9:00 a.m. at the beach and main site.
    • Outpatient rehabilitation offices will open at 9 a.m.
    • Outpatient elective surgical services and cath lab will have a delayed start of Noon CT.
  • All sites of care will return to normal operations Friday.
  • The Emergency Department at the main campus and Panama City Beach free standing are open for those who need immediate care

Ascension Sacred Heart Gulf

  • Thursday:
    • Outpatient rehabilitation offices will be closed. The team will provide extended hours on Friday and will contact patients for scheduling.
    • All other outpatient services and surgeries will return to normal operations
  • All sites of care will return to normal operations Friday.
  • The Emergency Department is open for those who need immediate care

Ascension Sacred Heart Medical Group Clinics

  • Thursday:
    • Ascension Sacred Heart Medical Group clinics in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties will be closed
    • Offices in Bay, Gulf, and Franklin Counties will open at Noon local time
  • On Friday, all sites of care will return to normal operations.
  • Our team will be contacting patients to reschedule appointments, as needed.
