Soon, residents of St. Johns County will have access to quality primary care with a new Ascension St. Vincent’s clinic. This expansion is part of our commitment to providing accessible care with a dedicated primary care center in the Nocatee area. The facility is located at 1035 Crosswater Pkwy, Ste B, C, and D Ponte Vedra, FL, and is scheduled to open early 2027.
