About

Birendra KC, MD, is board-certified in medical oncology and hematology, and practices at Cancer Specialists of North Florida's (CSNF) St. Augustine and Nocatee locations. Born and raised in Nepal, Dr. KC obtained his undergraduate degree from Calcutta Medical College in West Bengal, India. He completed his residency at Michigan State University and did a year of leukemia fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Subsequently, he went on to be the Chief Hematology Oncology Fellow at Levine Cancer Institute. During his fellowship, he also received an outstanding fellow award from North Carolina Oncology Association.

He feels so proud and honored to be a part of a team that always puts the interests of the patients first. He loves the family environment of CSNF. In his free time, Dr. KC enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, and cycling.
