Amanda Born, MD, is an obstetrician and gynecologist (OB-GYN) with Ascension St. Vincent in Carmel, IN. She listens to understand you and your preferences as a woman. Then, Dr. Born works with you to deliver compassionate, personalized prenatal care throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Dr. Born also specializes in female reproductive health conditions, menopause care, emotional health, breast health and more.

Whether you have new symptoms or just want to talk to a doctor about women's health, Dr. Born is here for you. She is the Medical Director of Obstetrics for Ascension St. Vincent Carmel and passionate about providing safe and compassionate obstetrical care to all women regardless of background. She has a special interest in caring for pregnant women struggling with substance use disorders. Outside of the office, Dr. Born enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, skiing and cheering for the Detroit Tigers.
