Hannah Rountree, PA-C is a board-certified family medicine physician assistant with Ascension Saint Thomas in Nashville, Tennessee. Hannah provides primary care for minor illness and injuries, preventive health screenings, routine check-ups and vaccinations. She listens to understand you and your health concerns, and takes the time to get to know you and your family's health history. Outside the office, Hannah enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, rock climbing and paddle boarding, caring for her houseplants and garden and spending quality time with family, friends and her dog named Otis.
