Shivika Jain, MD, is a pediatrician at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis - Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center (Peyton Manning Children's Pediatric Care Clinic Suite 200) in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Jain provides primary care for infants, children and teens. She delivers care for minor childhood illness and injuries, annual check-ups, well-baby visits, physicals for school and sports and vaccinations. She starts by listening to understand your child and their health. Then, Dr. Jain works with you to create a personalized care plan that is right for them.

She will listen to understand you and your child, so they get compassionate, personalized care for their physical, mental and emotional health. Dr. Jain can help your child stay healthy by providing preventive care, finding health concerns early and managing chronic conditions.

Dr. Jain obtained her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She completed her residency at Children's Medical Center of Dallas in 2002. After residency, she was in private practice for just over a year at which time she provided inpatient, outpatient, and newborn care. She joined St. Vincent Hospital in 2004 as the inpatient hospitalist of the Pediatric Rehabilitation Center. In the fall of 2007, she transitioned to outpatient care. She has been with the Pediatric Clinic at the Primary Care Center since 2008 where she has a focus on the care of children with special health care needs.

Dr. Jain is also involved in our pediatric residency program and in training our future pediatricians and doctors. She is also very active in the community.

When not caring for patients, Dr. Jain is an avid reader, enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and fur babies, along with Indian dancing both classical and folk.
