Dr. Matthew deShazo, MD, MPH is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation, and specializes in advanced heart failure. Dr. deShazo treats all patients 18 years old with range of systolic and diastolic heart failure and pulmonary hypertension, and has a special clinical interest in pulmonary hypertension and acute mechanical circulatory support. He strives to provide patients with potentially deadly diseases the best quality and quantity of life. Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, running, and watching both professional and college football.
