Tuan Pham, MD, is a doctor with Ascension Medical Group St. John. Dr. Pham is dual board-certified in family medicine and geriatric medicine. He provides personalized advanced primary care for conditions that affect adults age 65 years and older.

Dr. Pham specializes in the management of a wide range of conditions that affect people as they age. These include, but are not limited to arthritis, heart disease and heart failure, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), dementia, osteoporosis, diabetes, depression, balance and falls, incontinence, hearing and vision loss, and frailty.

Dr. Pham listens to understand you and your health concerns. He takes the time to get to know you and your family's health history. Then, he works with you to create a personalized care plan that helps promote your long-term health and well-being. Ask about virtual visits as part of your ongoing care.
