Ali Chahlavi, MD, MS

Ali Chahlavi, MD, FAANS, provides personalized, compassionate neurosurgery care at Ascension St. Vincent’s in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a board-certified neurosurgeon and a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. Dr. Chahlavi speaks English, French, Farsi and Unders. Dr. Chahlavi has a special interest in minimally invasive and robotic reconstructive spine surgery, brain tumors, Gamma Knife and epilepsy surgery. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, scuba diving, swimming and spending time with family.
