Dr. Apostolo is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic joint surgeon and hand surgeon at Ascension Saint Agnes Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his B.S./M.D. degree through the six-year Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute/Albany Medical College accelerated biomedical program in New York State. Dr. Apostolo completed an internship in general surgery at Rhode Island and a residency in orthopedic surgery at Brown University, both in Providence, Rhode Island. His fellowship training in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Rochester and Strong Memorial Hospital in New York state was for surgery of the hand and upper extremity, concentrating on the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

For more than 25 years, Dr. Apostolo has concentrated on operative and non-operative care of the knee, hip, shoulder, and hand, serving people of all ages in Howard County, Catonsville, and Baltimore.
