My role is to help you discover your ability to live your life meaningfully despite the obstacles you may be facing. My primary clinical focus is on OCD, PTSD, and anxiety-related disorders. To assist clients in meeting their goals in therapy, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).I believe in creating a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe environment to facilitate personal growth. My goal is to assist clients in achieving their potential in a manner that reflects their values.
