Jason M. Blocksom, MD

Jason Blocksom, MD, is a pediatric plastic surgeon and director of the cleft palate and craniofacial surgery team at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Blocksom’s special medical interests include: craniofacial anomalies such as craniosynostosis; cleft lip and palate, vascular malformations and hemangiomas; deformities of the ear and nose; plagiocephaly; congenital hand anomalies such as polydactyly and syndactyly; and plastic surgery for skin lesions such as moles and cysts.

Outside the office, he enjoys triathlons (two time Ironman Wisconsin finisher) and coaching youth soccer.
