Ascension St. Vincent’s will open a new primary care clinic in Aberdeen on Dec. 4, 2026, expanding convenient care in St. Johns County.
Coming soon, residents of St. Johns County will have access to quality primary care with a new Ascension St. Vincent’s clinic. This expansion is part of our commitment to providing accessible care with a dedicated primary care center in the Aberdeen area. The facility is located at 3655 Longleaf Pine Pkwy, Suite 105, and is scheduled to open on December 4, 2026.
