If you are 40 or older, having a conversation with your doctor about an annual screening is an important step in your wellness journey. When you schedule your mammogram visit with Ascension Seton, you have access to Ascension Seton Breast Care Center, a Pink Ribbon facility recognized for excellence in breast health. Located on the first floor of Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin in the West tower, the center features a relaxing spa-like lounge and private dressing rooms. The center is accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) and provides advanced imaging options, digital 3D mammography, breast ultrasound and breast MRI. You’ll also have access to a high-risk breast cancer clinic and genetic counseling services with nurse navigators who support you through screening, diagnosis and survivorship. The center isn’t the only place to schedule a mammogram. We have imaging centers throughout Central Texas to make it easier to check your breast health closer to home.
