Convenient to south Noblesville, east Westfield and northeast Carmel, the Ascension Medical Group St. Vincent Primary Care and Ascension St. Vincent Urgent Care on Hazell Dell parkway provides family-centered care for minor injuries, illnesses, health prevention and women's health. Our doctors and care team provide personalized, compassionate care for every member of your family. We listen to understand your health concerns. The health of you and your family is our priority.

At this location, we have convenient extended hours on evenings and weekends.

For non-life-threatening situations that require immediate attention, the urgent care team accepts walk-in appointments or schedule an appointment online.

Our services include providing care for these conditions:

  • Fever, cold and flu
  • Sore throat
  • Earache
  • Common sprain
  • Abrasion or minor cut requiring stitches
  • Mild asthma
  • Urinary tract infection
  • Skin rash or irritation
  • Mild complications from chronic illnesses such as diabetes or hypertension
  • Other minor illnesses and injuries

Signs or symptoms of an acute emergency may include shortness of breath, chest pain, open fracture, fainting, severe bleeding, head injury or other major trauma, one-sided weakness or numbness, loss of consciousness or fainting, severe abdominal pain, or bites or stings.
