Infectious disease services

Our doctors and nurses at Ascension Wisconsin care for infections that are difficult to diagnose, include a high fever or don’t respond to treatment. 

In addition, we offer travel medicine and immunizations for international travelers to help prevent illness from contagious diseases. Our care team will provide you with the latest health information and necessary vaccines (including Yellow Fever) recommended from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for your destination. Our doctors and nurses also specialize in contact tracing to determine the source of the infection and potential spread of many diseases, including:
