Making our community better
- Annual Report: Each year, Ascension Southeast Michigan Community Health publishes an annual report to inform the community of the programs and services provided in the communities of southeast Michigan.
- Community Health Needs Assessment: Every three years, we conduct a community survey to find out the most important health needs in southeast Michigan.
- Community Benefit: Hospitals and health systems that are exempt from paying taxes must report the benefit they provide to the community. In FY 2020, Ascension Southeast Michigan hospitals provided $156,732,309 of Community Benefit.
