Ascension Alexian Brothers - Behavioral Health Hospital

As a not-for-profit healthcare organization, Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital is focused on providing benefits to the community, with the ultimate goal of improving community health and increasing access to care. At Ascension Illinois, we treat everyone in need of services, regardless of their faith, traditions or their ability to pay. 

Every three years, we conduct and publish a Community Health Needs Assessment to determine the most significant health needs in our surrounding communities. This data is used to guide our Community Benefit plans and adopt a three-year implementation strategy to improve community health.
