Visiting hours and guidelines
- To help ensure a positive experience for all, each patient has designated visiting hours; please ask the person you're visiting for their timeframe
- Visitors must secure personal belongings prior to entry
- No outside food or drink permitted
- All visitors must wear a medical-grade mask that fully covers mouth and nose throughout their visit
- All visitors will be screened and must attest to being free of COVID-19 symptoms
- Visitors may not enter the facility if they:
- Are currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (including fever, cough and nausea)
- Had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 10 days
- Have had close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 day
Patients with or suspected of COVID-19
For adult patients who have been diagnosed with or who may have COVID-19, the care team may approve limited visits outside the patient room. Pediatric patients may have one parent or caregiver in the room and limited visitors outside the room.
Parking information
Patients and visitors should park in the lot at the southwest corner of Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital.
