St. Vincent's wants to improve the experience for patients and families, and we need to hear from you!
We're starting a Patient & Family Advisory Council that will help us improve the quality and safety of care we provide by hearing from the people we care for most: our patients and their families.
You can be an advisor if you or a family member received care at St. Vincent's within the last two years.
A patient and family advisor is someone who:
- Wants to help improve the quality of our hospital's care
- Gives feedback about your own experiences in our hospitals
- Helps us plan changes to improve how we take care of patients
- Works with the hospital on special projects
