Performance Orthopedics and Spine program expands into Florida Panhandle
Collaboration between Ascension and HOPCo focuses on value-based musculoskeletal care.
Pensacola, Fla. (Nov. 2, 2021)– Patients in need of orthopedic care, as well as neck and back surgery, now have expanded access to care across Northwest Florida.
This new program brings together providers from throughout the community to provide patients with advanced, personalized, comprehensive and cost-effective musculoskeletal care, with surgeries performed at Ascension Sacred Heart hospitals in Miramar Beach, Panama City and Pensacola, as well as outpatient surgery centers across the region.
Performance Orthopedics and Spine launched in Jacksonville in the fall of 2020 and is a collaboration between Ascension Florida and Gulf Coast and Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo).
