Getting started

For more information about our structured and educational approach to improving your heart health, you may Contact Us at one of our heart care locations or call 512-324-9283. We encourage you to review our Cardiac Rehab FAQs for more information on what to expect during your rehab care. We also encourage you to take a look at this video, which explains how a program of cardiac rehab can help prevent heart attack or other heart events.

To participate, you will need a Doctor's Referral Form which we can help you obtain. Once you have a doctor’s order, you can set up an appointment for an initial evaluation. We will take a Medical Assessment and give you more information about the program. Be sure to bring along a list of current medications, including dosage and frequency, along with a copy of any other healthcare instructions.
