The Seton Lodge/Inn at Saint Thomas is a 23-room facility located inside Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital West. Ascension Saint Thomas provides lodging for patients traveling from outside Davidson County who are stable but awaiting surgery or treatment, or need additional diagnostic testing. Patients will be given first priority when rooms become available.

Our office is located on the 1st floor behind the Sky Bridge desk, leading to the Seton Garage.

Fri-Sat: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Financial assistance

There are some situations when family members come from out of town and cannot financially afford a place to stay. There are a few programs in the community that provide accommodations for reduced prices. However, the following programs do require a social worker's referral (from the hospital where the patient is having a procedure). These programs do not take phone calls from patients or family members, and reservations cannot be made in advance. Referrals are done on the day that the patient comes to the hospital. Please ask your care team for more information.

Pinson Hospital Hospitality House
The community-sponsored Hospital Hospitality House provides visitor lodging for adult family members of patients who are currently admitted to the hospital. Family members must live at least 50 miles outside of Davidson County. A referral must be made by a hospital social worker on the day of the patient's procedure or hospital stay. Reservations cannot be made by patients or family members in advance.
