To ensure an environment of rest and recovery for all our patients, we recommend only two visitors attend at a time. Larger groups of visitors may use one of our family lounges. People with colds, sore throats or other illnesses should not visit patients.
St. John Broken Arrow is a tobacco-free facility. Tobacco use or the sale thereof by employees, patients, visitors or the general public is not permitted in buildings or properties. Tobacco products include pipes, smokeless tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, snuff and herbal tobacco products.
St. John offers high-speed wireless internet access free of charge to patients and guests. If your computer or handheld device is Wi-Fi enabled, you can connect to the internet wirelessly in designated access areas. Look for "AH-GUEST" under your wireless options to access our system.
Service animals, as defined by the American Disability Act, are welcome in public areas of the hospital, or limited patient care areas, as long as the service animals can be with the handler/or handler designee at all times while in the hospital. Animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times.
