Visitors
Visitors will find a wide selection of gifts, cards, books, and flowers in the Ascension Providence Rochester Gift Shop located in the main lobby area of the hospital, just to the right of the main reception desk. All proceeds are donated to the hospital.

Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.**

Starbucks – located near the north entrance, next to the gift shop.
Hours of Operation:
- 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Mon-Fri

Cafeteria
Visitors are welcome in the hospital cafeteria located on the second floor at the following times:
- Monday thru Friday
- Full Breakfast 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
- Continental Breakfast 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- Closed 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Lunch 11:00 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.
- Limited Lunch 1:45 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Closed 4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Dinner 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Close Saturday and Sunday
Visitors also may order a guest tray for a nominal charge. Requests are taken between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Please refer to your “At the Request” menu located at the patient’s bedside for assistance.
