Breastfeeding 101
Taught by a Sacred Heart Hospital’s lactation consultant, this class teaches techniques for breastfeeding success and addresses common concerns. This two-hour class, taught by one of Sacred Heart Hospital’s lactation consultants, teaches techniques for breastfeeding success and addresses common concerns to make your experience as smooth as possible. Online Class: Understanding Breastfeeding
Deciding to breastfeeding is an important, personal decision you make for you and your baby. As with any new experience, you may have questions. The Understanding Breastfeeding eClass can help you learn more about breastfeeding. The interactive online course covers the essentials, including clear animation and plenty of video examples. Support Group
Breastfeeding Support Group with La Leche League
At meetings, La Leche League leaders and other mothers share experiences, give suggestions, and offer support and encouragement. LLL meetings are ideal for learning from and making friends with other mothers. These meetings provide time for mother-to-mother sharing in a friendly and accepting atmosphere.
