Choosing the Alternative Birthing Center can be a safer choice than home births due to the center’s proximity to the hospital’s labor and delivery unit, which is equipped to deliver more advanced care should you need it. Throughout your pregnancy and during labor and delivery, we’re here to answer your questions and help create a memorable birth experience.
Your doctor, nurse midwife and care team work together to create a birth experience that is right for you and your family. Family-centered care is our priority. We are available during your pregnancy and at the time of birth to answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to make your birth comfortable and memorable.
We respect your preferences and privacy. Our care team can be stand-by support, or take a more active role in your delivery. Before your baby’s birth, you can meet your care team and midwife by scheduling a tour or attending one of the Meet the Midwives classes.
