At Haven of Our Lady of Peace, we listen to understand your individual needs and provide skilled nursing care, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation living options that are right for you or your loved one. Haven of Our Lady of Peace is a partnership between Ascension Sacred Heart and Methodist Homes for the Aging.
The Haven is divided into four living areas, or "neighborhoods." Each neighborhood features a home-like atmosphere and eliminates long corridors often seen in traditional nursing homes. Each room opens to a common dining and activities area, and to a central nursing station.
Skilled nursing facility
With a focus on getting you back on your feet, our short-stay therapy services are a great way to transition between hospital and home. Short-term rehabilitation programs offer physical, occupational and speech therapy on-site.
For more specialized needs, our long-term care staff is ready to deliver the care you need. From complex wound care to comprehensive therapies, our care team is available 24/7 to provide respectful, patient-centered care with services including:

Memory support
Caring for a loved one with dementia can affect the whole family. At Haven of Our Lady of Peace, you can feel confident that your loved one’s dignity and quality of life are our top priorities. Our care plans attend to their unique physical, emotional and social needs. And you are always encouraged to offer input into the care process. Our memory support unit has consistent staffing and is a secured unit with code-lock doors.
