Visiting hours and guidelines

  • Visiting hours are 1-7 p.m. every day
  • Masking is presently OPTIONAL for all staff and family members
  • No visitors under 12 years of age
  • Visitors may not enter the facility if they:
    • Are currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (including fever, cough and nausea)
    • Had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 10 days
    • Have had close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days

Patients with or suspected of COVID-19
For adult patients who have been diagnosed with or who may have COVID-19, the care team may approve limited visits outside the patient room. Pediatric patients may have one parent or caregiver in the room and limited visitors outside the room.

Parking information

Patients and visitors should park in the lot located at the front of the main entrance.

Taxi service
Taxi service is available at the main entrance.

Spirit Van service
Ascension Alexian Brothers Rehabilitation Hospital operates a fleet of wheelchair-accessible Spirit Vans. Patients can arrange pickup and drop-off within a six-mile radius of the hospital. Please schedule 2‑3 days in advance.
