Delivering personalized care for your COVID-19 recovery

Research shows that patients with COVID-19 may experience persistent post-COVID symptoms for up to six months or longer after their initial infection.[1] We are here to help.

Our team of specialists work together to help improve your physical, behavioral and cognitive health for those with long COVID, also known as long-haul COVID, chronic COVID, post-COVID syndrome and post-acute COVID-19 syndrome.

What to expect during your first appointment

During your first 60-minute consultation at Ascension Alexian Brothers Rehabilitation Hospital, you will meet with a Shirley Ryan AbilityLab physiatrist. Your physiatrist may also recommend additional diagnostic tests or connect you with specialists in cardiology, pulmonology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavioral health, neurosciences and other related fields.
