The ER at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola is a Level I Trauma Center, delivering advanced care for severe and life-threatening and traumatic injury with state-of-the-art equipment and advanced surgical care. Our emergency department is equipped to provide comprehensive care for all injury-related needs, from prevention to rehabilitation, with 24-hour in-house coverage by trauma surgeons and anesthesia. Getting the right care at the right time can make a difference in an emergency. Doctors, nurses and care teams in our ERs work quickly to understand you and deliver the care that’s right for you and your family. When your child needs pediatric emergency care, doctors and care teams at our pediatric ERs are specially trained to care for children and their specific needs. And we connect the dots to any follow-up care, including to the pediatric specialists at Studer Family Children’s Hospital, Northwest Florida's only children's hospital. We offer comprehensive care to kids 24/7 and are ready for any emergency, simple to complex. Staffed by board-certified emergency medicine doctors and care teams with special training and experience in pediatric emergency care, Studer Family Children's Hospital provides treatment in a kid-friendly environment and takes a family-centered approach to keep your child comfortable during the stress of injury or illness.

When it’s less of an emergency, but you still need care right away, the right place to go is an urgent care clinic if your doctor’s office is closed. Doctors and care teams at our urgent care clinics deliver the right care for children and adults with minor injuries and illnesses. Walk in or check in online.
