Your child’s emotional health is an important part of their overall wellbeing. At Ascension All Saints Hospital - Wisconsin Avenue Campus, our doctors and mental health specialists deliver personalized care for mental and behavioral health conditions including depression and anxiety, substance use disorders and more. We offer inpatient, individual outpatient, and intensive day-treatment programs with one-on-one and group counseling. We focus on health prevention, interventions, treatments and recovery support services.

Our programs vary based on the age of your child. We deliver personalized care for:

Our care team helps educate your family and encourages your participation in your child’s treatment plan. We offer family counseling in addition to individual counseling.
Skillful Living Group (60 minutes)
Skillful Living Group is a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) group where teens learn and practice skills that can help them manage their daily emotional struggles. This group is taught within a safe and supportive community setting. Your child may practice:
- Distress tolerance
- Emotion regulation
- Interpersonal effectiveness
- Mindfulness
Art Therapy Group (60 minutes)
In our Art Therapy Group, participants aged 15 and older learn how to use art as a positive coping skill. Art is meant to be fun but can also be a valuable tool in your mental health journey. Our group provides support, encouragement and skills to help you navigate difficult emotions.

Adolescent Day Treatment Program - Partial Hospitalization Program
The Adolescent Day Treatment Program offers personalized and collaborative treatment for teens. Programming addresses concerns related to safety, managing moods in a safe and effective manner, personal growth and improving communication skills. Therapeutic groups focus on "hands-on" coping techniques, and individual or family therapy focuses on improving communication, support and safety.
- Intensive Day Treatment Program for teens ages 13-17
- Program runs Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
