Ascension hospitals and outpatient facilities use a centralized scheduling process for most tests and procedures. You can schedule an appointment for a test or procedure at any Ascension Wisconsin location that’s convenient to you and at a time that best fits your schedule.
Use centralized scheduling for the following tests or procedures:
- Laboratory tests
- Radiology/imaging exams
- Mammography exams
- Pulmonary testing
- EEG’s
- Pre-surgical testing
- Center for Digestive Health
- Sleep Disorders testing
- Pain treatments
- Wound treatments
- Nutrition consultations
- Diabetes counseling/testing
Note: If your physician has ordered a test or procedure for you, your physician’s office will fax the order to our scheduling department.
Self-Refer
Some services allow you to "self refer," or no physician order necessary. An example of this is a mammography exam. If you have questions as to whether a physician’s order is required, please ask your physician or contact us directly at 414-325-4700.
The person scheduling your appointment will give you important information about:
- The scheduled date and time
- Preparation instructions
- Details about where you should park, check in, and register.
Pre-Registration Information
In some instances, depending upon the procedure, you may also receive a phone call from our Pre-Registration department before your visit to review pre-registration information and instructions.
