Before lab work is preformed, you will need to obtain an order from your physician. Please present this order at the time you arrive for your lab work. Ask your physician to save the order electronically in your medical record file. Remember: You cannot receive lab work without a physician's order.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday : 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Please stop at the reception desk on the first floor of the hospital lobby where you will be given directions to proceed to registration prior to receiving laboratory services.
