Our care team at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Burn Care specializes in the treatment of all types of minor and life-threatening burns. Our burn surgeons, advanced practicing specialists and care team provide advanced care options to help improve your quality of life. Our care team provides advanced skin and wound healing options for your physical and emotional health.
Specialists at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Burn Care deliver outpatient care for burn patients. We provide same-day care for burns that do not require emergency care and ongoing follow-up care while you or your child is recovering. If your burn is more severe, we can transfer you to the inpatient burn unit at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Regional Burn Center.
Services and programs
Caregivers at our burn center include doctors, surgeons, advanced practicing specialists, nurses, dietitians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, social workers, psychologists, and chaplains. We deliver compassionate, personalized burn care due to:
- Chemicals
- Electrical
- Fire
- Frostbite
- Heat, including severe sunburn
