About Us

Our care team at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital Diabetes Education in Rochester, Michigan, delivers care and education programs.

Our team of doctors, certified diabetes educators, nurses and registered dietitians at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital Diabetes Education are here to help. We offer care for children and adults with pre-diabetes symptoms, type 1 and 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, and other endocrine disorders. Working with your primary care doctor and endocrinology specialist, we deliver personalized care for your needs.

At our Diabetes and Nutrition Counseling Center in Rochester Hills, Michigan, we provide a variety of classes to help you manage your health needs. Our care team listens to understand your health concerns so you get the care that is right for you. Our registered dietitians provide medical nutrition therapy. They work with the diabetes nurse educators and together, will help you with proper insulin administration and continuous glucose monitoring. We also have a program for women with gestational diabetes, and Hemoglobin A1 testing onsite.

Diabetes management programs

At the Diabetes and Nutrition Counseling Center, we provide a diabetes management program that is customized for you. Our care team focuses on education for long-term lifestyle changes. Our class sizes are small so that learning is more interactive and hands-on. We have a flexible schedule of meeting times.
