Ascension St. John Health Center is located on the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. campus in The Village business district of Grosse Pointe, Michigan. Our team of internal medicine doctors deliver adult primary care and specialize in care for chronic health conditions like high blood pressure, pre-diabetes and arthritis. For your convenience, extensive outpatient testing and rehabilitation therapy are available at our health center.

Occupational therapy specializes in therapies for individuals with physical and behavioral health limitations. Our therapists work together to help improve body and brain function and help control pain. We personalize your care, so you get the therapies that are right for you.
