We also provide clinical electrophysiologic tests that are done on site. Eustachian tube balloon dilation

Specialists at the Michigan Ear Institute diagnose and treat eustachian tube dysfunction. The eustachian tube is the structure that links the nose and the middle ear. When functioning normally, it is a closed tube that opens when we swallow, yawn or chew. To open the eustachian tube, a device is guided through the nasal passageway to the eustachian tube opening. The balloon is then inserted into the eustachian tube and inflated to dilate the blocked tube.

Acoustic neuroma care
