Getting a lung screening can help detect lung nodules early, when they are most treatable. Our lung nodule program is led by cardiothoracic surgeon Brett Grizzell, MD, and pulmonologist Abdel-Ghanie H. Abu-Samra, MD. Together with interventional pulmonologist Thamer Sartawi, MD, they diagnose and treat lung nodules. In just one visit, you may meet with multiple specialists to get a diagnosis and treatment plan. We use advanced imaging and, if needed, other procedures to determine if your nodules are cancerous.
