At Ascension Rx - Indianapolis Pharmacy, we work closely with your care team to provide medication therapies that are right for you. We have over-the-counter medications, supplements and vitamins, and fill prescriptions prescribed by your doctor. Our pharmacy care team listens to understand you and your health concerns. Then, we work with you to answer your questions and explain how to safely take your medication, especially in combination with other drugs you may be taking.  

Having all of your prescriptions filled at an Ascension Rx location allows our pharmacists to do a review of all of your medications to identify possible drug interactions and ensure that you are on the therapy that is right for you. When you choose an Ascension Rx pharmacy to fill your prescription, you get more than just your medication, you get:

Serving those with financial needs

Ascension Rx - St. Vincent Primary Care Center Pharmacy is a Dispensary of Hope location, which is a program provides help to individuals with no or limited prescription coverage. Patients at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) will be provided with short-term and long-term assistance. Staff is available to assist with enrollment into the program as well as health insurance through the NYSOH Marketplace and other public programs. Patients can also be assisted with obtaining a primary care physician if needed.

Patients who are eligible for The Hope Dispensary must be at or below 400% of Federal Poverty Guidelines and have no prescription coverage. Patients that have Medicare D but are currently in the coverage gap (Donut Hole) do qualify as not having prescription coverage. Patients that meet the financial guidelines and have prescription coverage but are struggling with copays or deductibles, may be eligible for short-term assistance.  

Patients are expected to enroll in the program upon their first arrival at our affiliated primary care center, and annually or if there has been a change in situation.
