Visiting hours and guidelines
- Visiting hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. every day
- All visitors must wear a medical-grade mask that fully covers mouth and nose throughout their visit
- All visitors will be screened and must attest to being free of COVID-19 symptoms
- Visitors may not enter the facility if they:
- Are currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (including fever, cough and nausea)
- Had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 10 days
- Have had close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 day
Patients with or suspected of COVID-19
For adult patients who have been diagnosed with or who may have COVID-19, the care team may approve limited visits outside the patient room. Pediatric patients may have one parent or caregiver in the room and limited visitors outside the room.
Parking information
Patients and visitors are asked to park in the 700-space covered parking garage located on Springfield Ave. between Oneida and Glenwood Ave. There is no charge for parking.
Valet parking
Valet parking is available at no cost to you. Valet is offered at our Madison Street entrance between 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday. 24/7 valet parking is also offered at our Emergency Room entrance.
Food and drink
Cafeteria
The cafeteria is located on the lower level.
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Dinner: 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Cup O' Joe's
Located in the west tower in the Winter Garden. Cup O' Joe's offers gourmet coffees and smoothies, fresh bakery items, sandwiches and a friendly hello.
Monday-Friday: 6:15 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 8 a.m..-.12 p.m.
Vending machines
Vending machines with a variety of snacks and drinks are available on the lower level near the cafeteria 24/7. Vending machines containing fresh and healthy foods are located between the coffee shop and elevator B.
Room service
Patients may use a menu from the scheduled meal service, Chef Select. This is presented at the patient's first meal. An alternate menu is also given in case the patient would like something different. Scheduled meal periods are:
Breakfast: 6 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Lunch: 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Dinner: 4 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
In between meal service, a continental breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served consisting of a light meal. Food is made fresh and delivered at the assigned floor time. Available 7 days per week from 6:15 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dietary restrictions apply.
While visitors are encouraged to purchase their meals in the cafeteria, family members may also order from the Chef Select menu or alternative menu and dine with the patient. To do so, please purchase a meal voucher from the cashier in the cafeteria on the lower level or Cup O' Joe's coffee shop in the Winter Garden (main level). Then, follow the directions above to place an order from the patient menu an hour before the meal period starts. When the meal arrives, present your meal voucher to the tray passer.
