Visiting hours and guidelines
- Visiting hours are 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. every day
- Visitors may not enter the facility if they:
- Are currently experiencing respiratory symptoms (including fever, cough and sore throat)
- Had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 10 days
- Have had close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days
- All visitors must wear a medical-grade mask that fully covers mouth and nose throughout their visit. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.
- Visitors younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are strongly discouraged from visiting intensive care units and high-risk areas.

Please note that procedural and specialty units may have stricter guidelines for masks, gowns and gloves, as well as limits on visiting hours and number of visitors at a time. Please follow all guidelines and discuss any special accommodations with the patient’s care team.
Parking information
Park in the east parking garage (Lot K).
Complimentary valet parking
Complimentary valet parking is provided at the main entrance and Outpatient Bettendorf Pavilion entrance from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The security team will retrieve your vehicle if a valet attendant is not on duty.
Food and drink
Food and drink can be purchased at the St. Alexius Café, located inside Ascension Saint Alexius.
Monday–Friday
- Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 am
- Lunch: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Dinner: 4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday
- Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. –10:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Dinner: 11 a.m. –7 p.m.
