Pre-Admission Testing Clinic (PAT)
Purpose of the PAT Clinic:
The purpose of the PAT clinic is to have patients be seen for medical clearance for their upcoming total joint replacement surgery. Our goal is to medically clear patients at least 2 weeks before their surgery. Patients will be seen by nurse practitioner for pre-op evaluation; blood work and ekg will be completed during this clinic appt as well.
Types of Patients who qualify:
Patients who do not have a PCP, unable to get an appointment with their PCP at least 2 weeks before surgery, and patients who are added to the surgery schedule less than 2 weeks from their surgery date.
