2024 Safe Kids Austin Symposium

On October 23, 2024, Dell Children's and Safe Kids Austin will host our annual Injury Prevention Symposium. This year our theme is "Close to Home," an event dedicated to equipping families, caregivers, and community leaders to protect children from preventable injuries in their everyday environments. This symposium underscores the critical importance of home and community safety, focusing on practical, actionable strategies that can be implemented within our own homes and neighborhoods to safeguard our children. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with local resources, develop partnerships, and learn of prevention efforts that exist within our surrounding communities, fostering a collaborative approach to child safety.

 A refund will be provided if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the symposium. A full refund will be given if the event is cancelled by the site.
