Through you nurturing touch, you and your baby will feel more relaxed. Research shows that babies who are massaged sleep deeper and longer, there is increased bonding with their parents, improved elimination for baby, and when awake babies, spend more time active and learning, This class is taught by a certified Infant Massage therapist.
This in-person class is for patients delivering at Ascension Saint Alexius or Ascension Alexian Brothers. It is held on the campus of Ascension Saint Alexius in Hoffman Estates. Please bring your baby!
Registration includes baby's mother, her partner, and baby.
