This in-person class is for patients delivering at Ascension Saint Alexius or Ascension Alexian Brothers. It is held on the campus of Ascension Alexian Brothers in Elk Grove Village.
Registration includes both baby's mother and her partner.

- A presentation from a pelvic floor therapist to teach you exercises that will prepare your for a better labor experience and post partum period
