Be ready for your baby's arrival with this 5 1/2 hr. comprehensive class. Invite your partner or support person and learn what to expect before, during and after your delivery. Topics include:
This in-person class is for patients delivering at Ascension Saint Alexius or Ascension Alexian Brothers. It is held on the campus of Ascension Alexian Brothers in building 8 in the EBERLE conference room.
Registration includes both baby's mother and her partner.
- This in-person class incorporates information from a pelvic floor therapist that will instruct you on exercises that will assist in helping you have a successful vaginal delivery.
