Located 32 miles southeast of Austin, Ascension Seton Lockhart Health Center Colorado is overseen by a family medicine doctor and provides routine medical care with a team of several physician assistants and nurse practitioners. We serve people of all ages in Caldwell County. We listen to understand your health concerns. The health of you and your family is our priority. We are part of Ascension Texas, which means we are able to work with nearby Ascension care teams if we learn that your illness or injury needs non-routine care and attention.

Our Ascension doctors and care team are dedicated to caring for the whole person – body, mind and spirt. We begin each appointment with listening. By understanding you and your health and by working together, we help make sure you’re getting the care you need and the best care possible.
In developing a care plan for you, our health center care team may work in conjunction with Ascension Seton Lockhart Specialty Clinic, located close by at 209 Church Street. That clinic provides primary care services, diagnostic testing and independent visiting physician specialists.
We also work with Ascension Seton Edgar B. Davis, a general acute care facility located in Luling, just 15 minutes from Lockhart.
Children’s Care-a-Van
The Children’s Care-a-Van is a specially-equipped recreational vehicle featuring exam rooms and an immunization area. With weekly visits to area schools and day care centers, the Care-a-Van is a service of Ascension Seton Edgar B. Davis in cooperation with Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas.
Services for the Children’s Care-a-Van are based on a sliding scale fee. The maximum fee per visit is $20 for uninsured patients. Medicine and on-site laboratory tests are provided at no charge. If necessary, X-rays and other diagnostics tests are arranged at Ascension Seton Edgar B. Davis in Luling.
