Ascension Saint Francis provides convenient parking, food and beverages and a gift shop for visitors, patients and their families.

Visiting hours and guidelines

  • Visiting hours are 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. every day
  • Visitors may not enter the facility if they:
    • Are currently experiencing respiratory symptoms (including fever, cough and sore throat)
    • Had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 10 days
    • Have had close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days
  • All visitors must wear a medical-grade mask that fully covers mouth and nose throughout their visit. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.
  • Visitors younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are strongly discouraged from visiting intensive care units and high-risk areas.
  • Additional restrictions may apply
    Please note that procedural and specialty units may have stricter guidelines for masks, gowns and gloves, as well as limits on visiting hours and number of visitors at a time. Please follow all guidelines and discuss any special accommodations with the patient’s care team.

    Parking information

    No charge for parking. Please park in the small lot for MRI, PET-CT scans or pain management. For everything else, please park in the parking garage.

    Food and drink

    Cafeteria
    The hospital cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the hospital.

    Breakfast: 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.
    Lunch: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
    Dinner: 4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

    Canteen
    Located on the ground floor, the canteen is open to visitors 24/7. Vending machines are stocked daily with fresh fruit, drinks, sandwiches and snacks. A change machine is available.

    Starbucks
    A Starbucks coffee shop is available for patients and visitors.

    Chapels

    The chapel (and the inclusive, non-denominational prayer space across from the chapel) is available 24/7 for patients and visitors for quiet meditation and prayer. All are welcome.
