a. Suboxone® treatment with detox symptom management: Suboxone treatment is a once-a-day dose and gradually eliminates withdrawal symptoms and cravings. This medication does not cause extreme highs and lows like other medications. Our goal is to help promote long-term recovery and reduce your risk for relapse. We provide follow-up care while tapering off Suboxone to monitor for relapse and provide substance use counseling, case management, patient education and caregiver support.
